Urgent Team is seeking a skilled and compassionate Radiology Tech to join our Healthcare & Medical Services team, supporting our mission to provide quality, affordable, and convenient care to the communities we serve. As a Radiology Tech with Urgent Team, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality diagnostic imaging services in a fast-paced urgent and family care environment, working side by side with providers, nurses, and clinical staff. In this role, you will perform routine diagnostic radiographic examinations in accordance with established protocols and radiation safety standards, ensuring every exam is accurate, timely, and clinically useful. You will greet and prepare patients for imaging, verify orders, explain procedures in a clear and reassuring manner, and position patients correctly to obtain optimal images while minimizing radiation exposure. You will operate digital radiography equipment, utilize PACS and electronic medical records systems to process and transmit images, and ensure that all studies are correctly labeled, documented, and available to providers for prompt diagnosis and treatment. The Radiology Tech will maintain a strong focus on patient safety and comfort, following ALARA principles, infection control practices, and clinic policies at all times. You will regularly inspect and care for imaging equipment, report any operational issues, and assist with basic quality control checks to support consistent, high-quality imaging. When not actively performing imaging, you may support the clinical team with basic patient care tasks within your scope of practice, such as obtaining vital signs, assisting with rooming patients, and helping ensure efficient patient flow through the clinic. This position is well-suited to a Radiology Tech who thrives in a collaborative, team-based setting and who is committed to providing courteous, respectful, and culturally sensitive care to patients of all ages. Urgent Team promotes a culture of continuous improvement, teamwork, and integrity, and you will be encouraged to contribute ideas that enhance patient care and clinic operations. You will interact frequently with providers and nursing staff, communicating clearly about imaging findings, workflow needs, and any patient concerns to support safe, coordinated care. Working at Urgent Team offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact through direct patient care while growing professionally. You will gain broad experience in outpatient and urgent care imaging, refine your technical and clinical skills, and benefit from a supportive environment that values lifelong learning and professional development. This role is ideal for someone who is dependable, detail-oriented, comfortable prioritizing multiple tasks, and motivated by the opportunity to improve the health and experience of every patient who walks through our doors.
