About This Role
As a CDL-A driver with McLane, you'll handle dedicated local and regional routes throughout Arizona, dispatching in the early evening for overnight deliveries. Your days involve pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections, verifying bills of lading, navigating to customer locations, and unloading freight directly onto premises while maintaining accurate DOT logs and delivery documentation. You'll work with a pay structure that rewards your miles, stops, and cases handled—not just hours on the road. This role suits drivers who take pride in their reliability and safety record, with a solid year of tractor-trailer experience under their belt. McLane stands out for getting you home more frequently and offering industry-leading compensation, backed by a $7,500 retention bonus opportunity. Benefits start immediately, including medical, dental, and vision coverage, plus paid time off from day one. With 130+ years in the distribution industry, McLane provides the stable, secure client relationships and modern support systems that serious professional drivers are looking for.
