Solo Drivers Earn up to $0.55 CPM (with per diem) $75,000–$85,000 per year Home Weekly 3,000+ miles per week Dedicated lanes: TX to MI or NY and back 100% No-Touch Freight 1,500–1,600 average length of haul $2,500 Sign-On Bonus $1,000 Transition Pay (must start prior to 2022) Orientation Pay Layover, Detention, Stop Breakdown Pay Pre-Planned Loads Benefits available after 30 days APU Refrigerators in all tractors 2017 and newer equipment Requirements 2 years CDL A OTR experience required Team Drivers Earn up to $0.80 CPM (with per diem) $185,000–$200,000 per year (per team) Home Every Other Week 6,000+ miles per week Dedicated lanes: TX to MI or NY and back 100% No-Touch Freight 1,500–1,600 average length of haul $5,000 Sign-On Bonus (per team) Orientation Pay Layover, Detention, Stop Breakdown Pay Pre-Planned Loads Benefits available after 30 days APU Refrigerators in all tractors 2017 and newer equipment Requirements 2 years CDL A OTR experience required
