Regional Truck Driver - Quad Job Details Top-end regional earnings. Drivers earn up to $94,000 per year , with strong weekly pay driven by consistent regional freight. Pay that rewards the work. Start at 70CPM, earn up to 17CPM in accessorial pay based on the load, and add up to 6CPM in loyalty pay over time. Home time you can plan around. Run regional routes and get home every other weekend , creating a rhythm that works for real life. Flatbed pay extras that add up.
