About This Role

As an OTR team driver at Transco Lines, you'll split driving duties with a partner on dedicated long-haul routes, allowing each driver substantial time off the road. Your days involve managing highway miles across multiple locations while working with newer equipment—our fleet averages just over a year old. This role rewards consistency: the more miles you rack up monthly, the better your compensation grows, with guaranteed raises at your first anniversary plus additional pay when you exceed 20,000 monthly miles. You'll earn between $192,400 and $228,800 annually as a team, plus a $15,000 sign-on bonus for a limited time.
